Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Search and identify customers’ requirements
Ø Visit customers’ sites regularly
Ø Investigate and analyze customers’ facilities and daily operating management, and building factory to create business plan and solutions [Total Cost of Ownership (TCO = CAPEX + OPEX)]
Ø Coordinate with customers for the best solutions
Ø Manage and control delivery processes until products arrive at customers sites
Ø Analyze and promote service solutions for customers’ businesses
Ø Analyze and develop business plan for the market with business team as well as internal and external department
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/female, age 28-35 years.
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a fundamental knowledge of a variety of topics in science and technology
Ø 5 years of combined working experiences in Sales and Engineering role
Ø At least 3 years of working experiences in Sales or Business Development for companies that offer similar products and services
Ø Possessed basic technical knowledge for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)
Ø Possessed knowledge for Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operation Expenditure (OPEX)
Ø Good command of spoken and written English
Ø Good attitude with self-initiatives and effective communicator, and to work with various stakeholders
Ø Good command of Microsoft office, especially in Power Point or Presentation skills

Working Hour: 09:00 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday)
