Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering or related field - At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in factory automation, robotics, pneumatic systems, motion control, PLCs, sensors, IoT, Digital Transformation, PLCs, Servo Motor or related equipment - Must hold a valid driving license and own a car <In details> - Strong understanding of solution-based selling - Have been involved in automation projects, either in design, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, or system integration - Understand industry applications such as assembly lines, packaging machines, conveyors, semiconductors, automotive, food & beverage automation, or general manufacturing systems - Good personality, self-motivated, and hardworking <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Have Experience taking care of IT and datacenter clients - Conversation High in English (Able to manage reports and emails / communicate with Japanese management)
