Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Support customers on technical and quality-related matters regarding electronic components and semiconductor products. - Coordinate with suppliers and customers to investigate, analyze, and resolve product quality issues. - Handle customer complaints, defect investigations, and corrective/preventive action follow-up. - Conduct quality discussions and negotiations with customers and suppliers regarding product specifications, quality standards, and acceptance criteria. - Support supplier audits, process audits, and quality system assessments. - Review and evaluate quality reports, inspection data, and technical documentation. - Provide technical consultation and product recommendations to customers. - Promote company products and solutions to existing and potential customers. - Develop new business opportunities and conduct customer visits to identify potential projects. - Deliver product presentations and technical explanations to customers. - Coordinate closely with overseas suppliers and internal departments to support customer requirements. - Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify business expansion opportunities. - Prepare technical and business reports for management. - Any other tasks assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 8 years of working experience as engineer in electronics or semiconductor related industry - Basic knowledge of the following products and technologies: SoC / MCU/LCD/PCB/Mechanical Components/Semiconductor Devices/Discrete Components such as Diodes and Transistors - Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. - Conversational-high level of English (To communicate with client, suppliers MD, and Director) - Candidates who can arrange interview either on the afternoon of 18th or 19th June <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience working in a Japanese trading company, electronics manufacturer, or semiconductor-related business. - Experience supporting automotive industry customers. - Experience as Quality Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE), FAE, Technical Sales Engineer, or Application Engineer. - Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and reliability testing. - Japanese language skill (JLPT N3 or above) is an advantage.
