Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Reach out to contractors, construction companies, and others involved in fire protection system projects to collect BOQs (request project drawings of completed fire protection systems in order to estimate material quantities for importing products from China and maintaining sufficient stock). - Must already have connections within these groups, as access to such information relies heavily on established relationships. - Approach key consultants and key contacts in each company to introduce products, build credibility, and establish good relationships, with the goal of getting our products listed in their vendor list. - Maintain and expand the customer base in the industrial sector and large corporations related to fire protection systems. - Present products such as pipes and fittings used in fire protection systems to contractors, designers, project owners, and consultants. - Provide technical advice on selecting appropriate pipes and equipment for fire protection systems. - Prepare quotations, follow up on sales, and close deals to meet assigned targets. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or other related fields. - At least 5 years of direct sales experience in the fire protection system or piping industry, or in other construction-related industries (e.g., rebar, concrete), with a strong network and established connections within the sector - Having strong connections with consultants, designers, construction companies, and contractors is a must. - Conversational Middle in English to communicate internally <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Highly motivated to grow rapidly together with the company. - Conversational high to communicate directly with the Chinese General Manager - Own car and driving license
