Sales manager(Machine Product and chemical product for Japanese car parts industrial)

Sales improvement and management enforcement of salesteam for machine & chemical products in Japanese car parts industries
Improvement of sales forecast and market analysis with CRM database
Increasing sales for NTD(Non-destructive testing) & marking machines and chemical products with the subordinate sales staffs.(Sales amount is 15-25 million per month)
Customers numbers : Total 500+, Priority 100+, Visitation 25 to 40 per month
Responsible of sales budget achievement, Schedule control of sales team, Preparation of the marketing tools for sales team, CRM database update and analysis report
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Thai nationality male or female, Age 35-45
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Maeketing( Medical or any related field is preferble)
MS office(word, excel, and power point)
Experience of sales with incumbent Japanese auto customers 5 to 6 years or more.
Management of subordinate persons 3-4 years for more than 4 people
Good Japanese skill (more than N2 is better)
Can travel to up-country

N1 level Japanese
Languages skills:
English: Business level(Speaking, writing)
Japanese: N2 or N1 level
Workplace Area: Bangna area
Working Hour:8:30 – 17:15 (Mon-Fri)
