Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> *The main work will be in the Northeastern area. Accommodation expenses will be provided as an allowance in the northern area. However, you will be affiliated to the Bangkok office. - Develop business plan and activities to build brand equity and deliver sales, market share, and profit - Work cross functional team to drive the brand into the current market situation. - Coordinate with the team and related team to deliver the plan within timeline. - Direct contact with customer to present product, including technical knowledge, service and retail. - Increase and maintain customer to increase product into the market. - Monitor and analyze market situation, market share trend, competitor movement, customer behavior, customer finance etc. in order to develop sale plan. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 4 years of relevant experience in automotive parts sales or any product sales, with experience handling distributors or traditional trade customers. - Have own car and driving license - Conversational Middle Level of English, for internal work, email, and to report with Japanese Management <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Experience in the tire business - TOEIC score will be an added advantage <Personality > - Strong interpersonal, sales communication, and presentation skills - Have systematic and logical thinking abilities - Willingness to work in upcountry area and capable to relocate to other regions anytime in the future.
