Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Execute sales strategies and plans in alignment with company objectives - Follow internal sales procedures, policies, and workflow standards - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands (local & overseas) - Visit and maintain relationships with clients on a weekly/monthly basis (both domestic & international) - Identify and develop new customers and suppliers; maintain an updated customer/supplier database - Present products, conduct trials, and negotiate sales conditions with clients - Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management - Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, production) to ensure timely delivery - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues effectively - Prepare and review sales-related documents and monthly sales reports - Track customer satisfaction and follow up on feedback - Support sales proposals, pricing, and negotiation strategies - Monitor payment collections to ensure compliance with agreed terms - Perform other assigned tasks (including ISO 9001-related activities)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 5 years of experience in Sales handling with manufacturing clients. - Conversational High of English level (To communicate with Japanese members and overseas clients by face-to-face, email, and documents) - Have a driving license. Able to visit clients in Ayutthaya, Rayong, Chonburi, and the surrounding areas, 3-4 days/week (Company car provided for business purposes) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in industrial products, chemicals, or raw materials - Experience in multinational companies (MNCs) or Japanese companies is a plus
