Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
(1) Research Design & Proposal Development
- Partner with Client Service and Business Development teams to understand client issues and propose appropriate research solutions.
- Lead the development of research proposals, methodologies, sample design, and project plans.
- Act as a client advisor, providing professional recommendations throughout the research process.

(2) Project Management (End-to-End)
- Own full-cycle project management including planning, timeline control, resource coordination, and quality assurance.
- Oversee questionnaire design, moderation guides, discussion materials, and other research tools.
- Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations with regard to timing, data accuracy, and insight quality.
- Resolve project-related challenges proactively and effectively.

(3) Client Communication & Advisory
- Serve as the main interface with clients at all key stages of the project, including proposal discussion, research design review, fieldwork updates, and report delivery.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships by bringing solid negotiation, technical, and process-management skills to every interaction.
- Present findings and insights in a clear, structured, and actionable manner.

(4) Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze quantitative or qualitative data using appropriate tools 
- Synthesize key insights, trends, and strategic recommendations.
- Produce high-quality reports and presentations that support client decision-making.

(5) Knowledge Management & Continuous Improvement
- Document new learnings, methodological improvements, and process optimizations for future projects.
- Share best practices and insights internally to support capability building and operational excellence.

(6) Other Responsibilities
- Support training or mentorship of junior researchers when required.
- Participate in internal initiatives related to innovation, quality improvement, or new product development.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 5 years of working experience as researcher in IT, consulting, BPO or finance industry 
- Working experience as marketing/marketing research in a research agency, client company, or consultancy.
- Conversational high level of English (For communicate with international teams)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Deep knowledge and experience as marketing research
