Senior Regulatory Affair Specialist (35K–60K) (SDG-84162) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญอาวุโสด้านการกำกับดูแลกิจการ <Job Responsibilities> - Monitors, assesses and documents business impacts, resolve actions and communicates to partners changing or emerging product stewardship/chemical regulatory laws and regulations with an action plan for deployment and implementation of actions working with teams. - Provides expertise and knowledge of existing and emerging chemical regulations, their applicability and analysis for chemical regulations. - Ensure timely, completed and balanced submissions of registration dossiers of chemical products under government policies, regulations. - Performs research and critical review of chemical, safety data and literature, compile reports and notifications to governmental agencies. - Keep up to date with the regulation/guidelines both local and global and delivers to the business, technical teams and/or customers. - Translate and provided documents of company products such as Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) , Certification of Analysis (COA), etc. to another departments and customers. - Audit and report chemical storage at warehouse to be in compliance with MSDS, laws and regulations of Department of Industrial Works. - Collaborates with the business and other functions to support implementation / training of product stewardship strategy, policies, standards, programs and operating procedures as applicable. - Liaise and negotiate with regulatory authorities.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree or Higher in Chemical Science or Chemical Engineering or Science or related field. - 5 years or equivalent experience in a regulatory role or interacting with regulators, with a working knowledge of chemicals/chemistry OR product Stewardship. - Experience with managing compliance of hazardous chemicals. - Experience managing regulatory submissions of registration dossiers of chemical products under DIW, FDA, etc. - Strong knowledge and in-depth understanding of existing and emerging chemical regulations guidelines. - Have experience of contacting and dealing with government agencies <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Certificate of HAZARDOUS MATERIALS SPECIALIST Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: MRT Phetchaburi Working Hour: 8:00-17:40 (Mon-Fri (SAT: None) WIO100%) About the Benefits 35,000–60,000THB About the company Product & Service: Trading Finish Goods of Fine Chemical & Lab Equipment Business Type: General Trading Company; General Chemicals
