<Job Responsibilities> (1) Project Planning & Execution Management - Providing technical explanations to customers and leading requirements - definition - Managing multiple projects concurrently - Developing and monitoring project schedules and progress - Coordinating resources and workflows - Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation measures (2) Procurement, Inventory & Budget Management - Ordering and managing inventory of project equipment - Tracking project budgets and costs (3) Coordination & Deliverables Management - Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders - Managing project deliverables such as project plans and cost estimates
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 10–year of hands-on project management experience in equipment, construction, manufacturing, energy, FA, IoT, or similar fields - Conversational high level of English (For communication with Japanese members) - Ability to operate effectively in a multinational and global environment - Execution-oriented, field-focused mindset <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in the energy, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors - Engineering background - Experience working in a startup environment
