	Monitors operation process, implement new processes and new technology to ensure sufficient resources
	Control PLC, Equipment sensor, Digital, Analog, Prematic, DWG, CAD, CAM, Robot Vision
	Maintains Quality & Company Standards
	Provides strategic leadership to the respective units in all machine function
