Senior Production Engineering Engineer (Machining or Assembly)
(28K – 38K) (SDG-75102)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Set plan trial new model / machine install or modify / project management and control.
• Make improvement follow production engineering activity.
• Prepare documents concern (PFC, CP, FMEA, PPAP, WI, etc.)
• Initiates design process and perform design analysis for current and new project.
• Study for cost reduction opportunity in machining process.
• Product NC program development.
• Management performance of production engineering members.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-35 years
• Male only
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer or related fields.
• Have working experience at least 5 years as Process engineer in Automotive manufacturing industry
• Have experience of Auto CAD, solid work, CNC and PLC
• Have experience of Machining or Assembly
• Have experience of (PFC, CP, FMEA, PPAP, WI)
• Conversation middle level of English (Report, contact client, email)
• Willing to work in big company

วิศวกรวิศวกรรมการผลิตอาวุโส (เครื่องจักรหรือการประกอบ)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• กำหนดแผนทดลอง รุ่นใหม่ / ติดตั้งเครื่องจักรหรือแก้ไข / จัดการโครงการและควบคุม
• ทำการปรับปรุงตามกิจกรรมวิศวกรรมการผลิต
• เตรียมเอกสารข้อกังวล (PFC, CP, FMEA, PPAP, WI, ฯลฯ)
• เริ่มกระบวนการออกแบบและทำการวิเคราะห์การออกแบบสำหรับโครงการปัจจุบันและโครงการใหม่
• ศึกษาโอกาสในการลดต้นทุนในกระบวนการตัดเฉือน
• พัฒนาโปรแกรม NC Product
• ประสิทธิภาพการจัดการของสมาชิกวิศวกรรมการผลิต
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 30-35 ปี
• ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
• วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวเครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกรกระบวนการในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตยานยนต์
• มีประสบการณ์ Auto CAD, Solid work, CNC และ PLC
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านเครื่องจักรหรือการประกอบ
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน (PFC, CP, FMEA, PPAP, WI)
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา (ทำรายงาน, ติดต่อลูกค้า, อีเมล)
• เต็มใจทำงานในบริษัทใหญ่
