Senior Procurement Manager @ Samutsakorn (EN/JP) (60K–80K) (SDG-58080) ผู้จัดการอาวุโสฝ่ายจัดหา <Job Responsibilities> - Manage procurement function of the factory on Quality, Cost and Delivery by 3 departments (Purchasing, Procurement and Parts QC) - Purchasing from domestic suppliers - Implement effective supply management since sourcing activities until mass production to ensure raw material and finished products are meeting the specified requirements. - Manage the parts supply to support production department could operate continuously and there is no shortage on parts supply. - Established procurement plan and strategy of new product and manage subordinates to build new parts which are Electronics and Mechanical. - Promote the localization and cost reduction activities to gain more cost benefit and secure the supply by local purchase. - Conducting standardized supplier evaluation; constantly monitoring the quality of interactions with supplier. - Coordinate with production, suppliers and Japan HQ (R&D/QC) in order to solve material quality problem. - Monitoring KPI and act in case out of target and keep continuous to improvement. - Provide training and coaching for subordinates at all levels for their self-development as appropriate and as necessary for Company’ s business growth and efficiency. - Manage subordinates of all level to maintain good and efficient work environment, where company’s rules and policies are followed and applied fairly. - Making English Report. - Company car with driver is provided in case visiting outside. <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female 35-50 years old - Bachelor’s degree 1st Priority: Japanese Speaking - Good command of Japanese Language (Prefer N3 up) - At least 10 years of Procurement (experience in Japanese manufacturing company before) - Strong management with subordinates - Able to work at Samutsakorn area 2nd Priority: English Speaking - Bachelor degree from Engineer field - At least 10 years of Procurement, Procurement Engineer (experience in Japanese manufacturing company before) - Strong management with subordinates - Able to work at Samutsakorn area <Preferable Skill / Experience> - None Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: Conversational Level Workplace Area: Amphoe Mueang Samut Sakhon, Samut Sakhon Working Hour: 8:00-17:10(<Mon-Fri & Every other Saturday (around 2 times per month)>) About the Benefits Salary: 60,000–80,000THB
