Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To manage the operation, maintenance, and overall control of the manufacturing processes and utility facilities. - To oversee and ensure the successful start-up of liquid carbon dioxide (Liquid CO₂) at the new plant. - To conduct safe operation and maintenance of the cooling system in compliance with safety standards. - To monitor and manage data for raw gas intake via pipeline, as well as the purification and liquefaction processes. - To prepare and submit various statutory reports regarding safety, environment, and high-pressure gas - To submit documents to the Department of Industrial Works (DIW) and related administrative agencies. - To execute duties as a legally mandated factory-exclusive "Safety and Environmental System Manager" - To provide instructions and supervision to external contractors during annual maintenance. - To provide raw data to external consulting firms and liaison for preparing Energy Management Reports (DEDE). - Other tasks as assigned by the Management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering - At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing plant with Piping, Pumps, and equipment maintenance knowledge - Conversational High Level in English (Communicate with the Japanese Team on the production process, emails, reports, and documents) <In Details> - Willingness to register for various statutory qualifications (training courses) mandated by Thai law after joining <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience in facilities equipped with industrial gas plants, chemical plants, or cooling systems (chillers) - Experience in high-pressure gas storage tanks, piping systems, and compressors - Experience in preparing various statutory reports and procedures regarding safety, environment, and high-pressure gas
