Senior Part Quality Engineer (Inspection incoming part)
(35K – 50K) (SDG-73629)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Take care part incoming inspection all function and STT system manage include ISO and IATF
• Take care part trouble in all area [ Production, QA, Customer] until close issue and report.
• Manpower management with job balance IQC (Internal Quality Control) and support line
• Discuss, Negotiate , follow with partner for complete issue report and effective.
• Cooperate and support HQ, Customer for process verify and process / system audit.
• Follow department KPI, prepare file and present to management and FM as weekly, monthly in English
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 29-35 years
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering of mechanical, Induction, Production, Manufacturing or related fields.
• Have working experience at least 7 years as PQE or QC Engineer in electronics, electrical appliance industries or related.
• Have management experience at least 5 years that have subordinate
• Strong knowledge about IQC, ISO 9001, IATF16949, AQAS , PAS.
• Conversational middle level of English
• Prefer TOEIC 500 up

วิศวกรคุณภาพชิ้นส่วนอาวุโส (ตรวจสอบชิ้นส่วนที่เข้ามา)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• ดูแลส่วนที่เข้ามาตรวจสอบทุกฟังก์ชั่นและจัดการระบบ STT รวมถึง ISO และ IATF
• ดูแลปัญหาชิ้นส่วนในทุกพื้นที่ [ Production, QA, Customer] จนกว่าจะปิดปัญหาและรายงาน
• การบริหารกำลังคนด้วย job balance IQC (Internal Quality Control) และสายสนับสนุน
• หารือ เจรจา ติดตามกับพันธมิตรเพื่อรายงานปัญหาฉบับสมบูรณ์และมีประสิทธิภาพ
• ให้ความร่วมมือและสนับสนุน HQ ลูกค้าในการตรวจสอบกระบวนการและกระบวนการ / การตรวจสอบระบบ
• ติดตาม KPI ของแผนก เตรียมไฟล์และนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหารและ FM เป็นรายสัปดาห์ รายเดือน เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 29-35 ปี
• วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล การเหนี่ยวนำ การผลิต การผลิต หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 7 ปีในตำแหน่ง PQE หรือ QC Engineer ในอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์การจัดการอย่างน้อย 5 ปี ที่มีผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ IQC, ISO 9001, IATF16949, AQAS , PAS
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• ต้องการ TOEIC 500 ขึ้นไปจะดีมาก
