Job Description
<Job Responsibilities - Inspect, analyse, and resolve issues related to GPS devices - Coordinate with suppliers for consultation and technical problem analysis on both hardware and software aspects - Prepare data, test devices, and configure GPS systems before installation - Verify the operation of GPS devices after installation using provided software or tools to ensure proper functionality - Inspect, troubleshoot, and analyse the root cause of malfunctioning devices - Provide problem analysis, technical advice, and solutions, ensuring issues are resolved within the specified timeframe - Prepare technical issue summary reports using Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word - Other tasks will be assigned by management
Job Requirement
- Vocational Certificate (High Vocational Diploma) or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or other related fields - At least 2 years of work experience as an Operation Technician - Experience in vehicle equipment (GPS Tracking/ Telematics/ Dash Cam / MDVR/ IoT / Tracking Device/ Car Audio / Accessory Installer/ Low Voltage/ Or any related) - Basic in English - Able to use MS Office - Willing to work overtime or on rotating days off when required - Able to work on-site for equipment installation or troubleshooting tasks <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in GPS products
