Senior Mold Manager (Electronics) (40K-60K) (SDG-81733) ผู้จัดการอาวุโสฝ่ายแม่พิมพ์ (อิเล็กทรอนิกส์) <Job Responsibilities> - Overall control of mold department and report to top management - Taking care of mold fabrication process and overall mold process - Set the department's KPI and lead the department to achieve production target both quality and quantity - Production meeting & follow up production progress - Communication with customer for order / sales / delivery / quality and follow up to maximize customer satisfaction - Supplier control to secure capacity and quality - Budget and Expense Control - Cost reduction in mold department and cost negotiation with supplier - Follow Company policy meeting and support activity - Provide training for both engineer and technician - Educate and monitor subordinate to handle 5S, ISO Management System - Follow up employee about company rules & regulation and take disciplinary action - Other tasks as assigned <Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Male, 40-50 years old - Bachelor’s Degree - At least 5 years of working experiences as Process Manager, Production Manager or related in Manufacturing companies - Knowledge and experiences in mold process/mold fabrication - Related products of aluminum, electronics, automotive, or plastics - Management skill in Manager level - Conversational level in English - Be able to use AutoCAD, 3D, or related drawing program <Preferable Skills / Experiences> - From electronics manufacturing companies - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related - Working experience in Japanese company Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Nong-Khae, Saraburi Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday to Saturday (depends on company's calendar)) About the Benefits Salary: 40,000–60,000THB About the company Product & Service: HDD base plate manufacturers Business Type: Semiconductors / Electronics / Electronic Components

ผู้จัดการอาวุโสฝ่ายแม่พิมพ์ (อิเล็กทรอนิกส์) (40K-60K) (SDG-81733) <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - การควบคุมโดยรวมของแผนกแม่พิมพ์และรายงานต่อผู้บริหารระดับสูง - ดูแลกระบวนการผลิตแม่พิมพ์และกระบวนการแม่พิมพ์โดยรวม - กำหนด KPI ของแผนกและนำแผนกให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการผลิตทั้งคุณภาพและปริมาณ - การประชุมการผลิตและติดตามความคืบหน้าในการผลิต - สื่อสารกับลูกค้าเพื่อสั่งซื้อ / ขาย / จัดส่ง / คุณภาพและติดตามเพื่อเพิ่มความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า - การควบคุมซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อรักษาความจุและคุณภาพ - การควบคุมงบประมาณและค่าใช้จ่าย - การลดต้นทุนในแผนกแม่พิมพ์และการเจรจาต้นทุนกับซัพพลายเออร์ - ติดตามการประชุมนโยบายบริษัทและกิจกรรมสนับสนุน - จัดอบรมทั้งวิศวกรและช่าง - ให้ความรู้และตรวจสอบผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาในการจัดการ 5S, ISO Management System - ติดตามพนักงานเกี่ยวกับกฎและข้อบังคับของบริษัทและดำเนินการทางวินัย - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย อายุ 40-50 ปี - ปริญญาตรี - มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในตำแหน่ง Process Manager, Production Manager หรือที่เกี่ยวข้องในบริษัทผู้ผลิต - ความรู้และประสบการณ์ในกระบวนการทำแม่พิมพ์/การผลิตแม่พิมพ์ - ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอะลูมิเนียม อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ยานยนต์ หรือพลาสติก - ทักษะการจัดการในระดับผู้จัดการ - ภาษาอังกฤษระดับการสนทนา - สามารถใช้ AutoCAD, 3D หรือโปรแกรมวาดภาพที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - ประสบการณ์จากบริษัทผู้ผลิตอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ - วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน : หนองแค สระบุรี เวลาทำการ : 8:00-17:00 น.
