Job Description
【Key Responsibilities】 - Japanese clients (factories): 50% existing / 50% new (new business development is the main mission) - Manage the full sales process for industrial equipment and IoT systems (prospecting → order closing → follow-up) and achieve sales targets for Japanese customers in Thailand - Plan and execute marketing initiatives to increase product awareness and engagement among Japanese partners and end-users - Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with Japanese customers, stakeholders, and industry players - Act as the primary liaison for Japanese customers, accurately identify issues/needs, and propose the best solutions to support business growth - Coordinate with internal/external parties to provide product proposals, technical support, and guidance on model selection and usage - Domestic business trips: about 3 days per week (mainly Bangkok, Rayong, Chonburi areas) - Overseas business trips: 1–2 times per year (SEA such as Singapore and Myanmar) 【Organization】 Total headcount: 150 Department headcount: 25 (Sales 10 / Operations 5 / Others 10) Average age: mid-30s Subordinates: None 【Report Line】 - Local Sales Engineer Manager 【Products】 - Industrial motors, low-voltage distribution equipment, control equipment (inverters) - IoT devices (IoT controllers, communication gateways) - Air compressors, marking systems, hoists, etc.
Job Requirement
【Must-have Requirements】 - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field - Has experience minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience to factories - Understanding of industrial products (e.g., motors, inverters, etc.) - Conversational level of English (used internally and externally) - Business level of Japanese (used externally) 【Nice-to-have Requirements】 - Has experience as new business development experience - Practical experience in sales management or marketing planning - Sales experience in IT / IoT solutions - Able to play golf
