Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> Market Development: - Identify and evaluate new market segments, new leads, trends, and growth opportunities. - Initiate contact and build rapport with new leads and turn into customers - Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, potential clients, trade statistics and untapped market opportunities. - Collaborate with the team to develop effective marketing strategies that align with business development initiatives, reinforce our brand, and drive customer engagement. - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and promote solutions and services that address client challenges and needs including new product development, product regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction survey. - Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on business development performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets and objectives. Market Communication: - Design and execute communication strategies for market awareness and brand positioning. - Support the creation of marketing materials tailored to different market audiences. - Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, networking functions and meetings, promoting our solutions.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any field - At least 12 years of working experience in business development or sales & marketing or related field - Experience from the chemical industry - Conversational high in English to communicate with internal and external - Able to use MS Office <Preferable Skill / Experience> - TOEIC score at least 550 - Able to communicate in Japanese
