Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Execute statutory duties as a "Transport Safety Manager (TSM)" in accordance with Department of Land Transport (DLT) regulations. - To check and screen pre-shift alcohol and health checks for drivers, and transport safety management. - To monitor transport status via GPS, and handle emergency communications and response during transit issues or delays. - To prepare and compile transport safety reports for submission to the Department of Land Transport (DLT). - To receive and verify purchase orders from customers, and coordinate product inventory and shipment availability with the production team. - To issue commercial invoices and tax invoices for shipments, enter data into the company's accounting system, and manage sales administration. - Other tasks as assigned by the Management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 3 years of Experience in dispatching, transport management, or operations management at a transport or manufacturing company - Proficiency in Excel, accounting software, and ERP operational skills - Conversational High Level in English (Communicate with the Japanese Team on the production process, emails, reports, and documents) <In Details> - Willingness to attend a 1-day (6-hour) DLT training course for experienced professionals and register for the TSM qualification promptly after joining. - Exceptionally diligent and meticulous with data entry. - Knowledge of sales accounting practices related to shipping and invoicing at a factory. - Strong interpersonal coordination skills and the ability to multitask effectively. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Accounting, or related fields - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience in a transport company specializing in hazardous substances, chemicals, or industrial gases - Holds DLT-certified TSM (Transport Safety Manager) qualification
