Senior Legal Officer (50K–80K) (SDG-85441) เจ้าหน้าที่กฎหมายอาวุโส <Job Responsibilities> - Managing all kind of corporate law issue as a corporate secretarial of the company - Draft, review and analyse contracts and other legal documentations of group companies (especially Thai company) - Assisting team to conducting legal research and provide legal advice, seminar and support to all legal issues for group company across multiple jurisdictions (especially Thai company) - Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in English for the group companies Thailand and overseas - Developing and implementing training programs to meet organizational goals by conducting research on topics related to training needs - Supporting the auditing team to audit the group companies in Thailand and overseas on legal and compliance - Keep management abreast of all new laws and regulations that may have implications to group company - Providing general support to team leaders and other colleagues - Handling ad hoc assignment. <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 33 years old - Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years as Legal in In-house or Law firm - English: Business level/ native speaker equivalent - Thai commercial laws (Especially Business laws) and investment laws - Contract draft, review/ analysis - Training ability: presentation, public speaking skills, successfully deliver learning solutions (virtual or face-to-face) - Communicate, coordinates effectively at all levels (internal & external organization) - Work effectively with a remote team - Able to travel domestic and overseas - Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and online research tools <Preferable Skills / Experiences> - Driving license/ Holding own car - Thai lawyer license qualified - Master of Laws - Extensive knowledge related to competition law, bribery law, PL law - High English certificate score Language Skill English level : Business Level Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Saint Louis Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday (Sat: None) 1 day selectable WFH, Flexible starting hour: 7.30-9.00 am. - Lunch time 11.45-12.45 hrs.)
