Senior Legal Officer @Samutprakarn (40K-50K) (SDG-22621)
<Job Responsibilities>
Drafting and reviewing contracts in Thai and English languages
Negotiation on terms and conditions of contracts
Respond to legal consultation
Establishing and developing procedures to minimize legal risk Legal Compliance
Other tasks assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/female, age 29-33 years old
Bachelor's degree in business law or related field
At least 3 years’ experience in legal, corporate and international commercial transaction
Able to draft and review contract in both TH-EN
Legal knowledge of domestic and international trade, commercial business including taxes , customs, and labor
Strong analytical skill, negotiable skill, interpreter skill and communication skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experience in legal compliance
Possess lawyer license
TOEIC score certificate (650 up)
Languages skills
English: Business level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Bangna-Trad Rd. KM27.5, samutprakarn
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Working Monday - Friday Also have to work on Saturday (Average 1-2 times/month) )
