Senior Legal Officer (30K-40K) (JO-180517-162555)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Review, draft an revise contracts / agreements, MOU, business document and any other documents in term of legal and business benefit (all are in English language)
Provide legal opinion and comment to all department of company
Handle interpretation of legislation and knowledge about leasing agreement and Hire purchase, business law ate perfect.
Occasionally, implement policy, procedures and compliance frameworks.
To search for regulations and laws newly enacted or announced in Thailand, prove all documents related the business of company
Other assign from executive management.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/female, age 28-35 years
Bachelor Degree or higher in Law and Business law
Experience 3-5 years’ experience in financial institution (Banking/Hire purchase/Leasing Business)
Excellent communication and Collaboration skill
Fluent in English both spoken & written.
Good knowledge in computer literacy.
Preferable:
Barrister at Law (Thai Bar ) is preferable
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit
Working Hour: Monday – Friday (9:00 – 18:00)
