Senior Lawyer (50K-100K) (SDG-38241)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Give legal advice to clients as a consultant in any field　
 Investigate the matter offered by client and prepare the report
 Support registration of company especially BOI registration and M＆A by giving legal advice and preparing legal documents
 Support preparing and reviewing legal documents for investment of property, contract of employment etc..
 You may join this company as a business partner
 Manage and support subordinates to deal with the difficult projects
 Other duties assigned by Manager



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 30 – 45 years old
 Bachelor's degree
 Holding Lawyer License
 Business level of English
 At least 10 year of working experience as Lawyer in international or Japanese Legal firm
 Have experience of project such as M&A, BOI registration

 None

Workplace Area: BTS Asoke, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
