Senior IT systems administrator (SEA) (40K–55K) (SDG-62979) เจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลระบบไอทีระดับอาวุโส (SEA) <Job Responsibilities> - Design, install and configure internal and customer facing servers, network devices and firewalls. - Proactively manage and maintain server, network and firewall systems - Administer and support core Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix and VMware technologies - Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans - Design and implement monitoring, configuration management and reporting functions that will make a hands-off environment - Define and document best practices and support procedures - Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance - Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation - Assist with hardware, firewall, telecom and software vendor evaluation, recommendation and negotiations Mentor / cross train team members on existing and new technologies - Carry out special tasks at Management's direction - Interact with customers and staff at the technical level, as required. - Other task as assigned <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female 25 - 40 years old - Bachelor’s Degree of computer science or related field - Working experiences IT infrastructure from multinational companies or IT share service center - Ability to troubleshoot network issues including back bone infrastructure issues - Advanced knowledge of Windows server (2003/2008) Windows7,8,10 - Knowledge in Cisco, Citrix and VMware technologies - Good command in English communication and documentation skills - Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment - Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Have Microsoft certificates (MSCE) or equivalent certification in relevant programs desired Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Bangplee, Samutprakarn Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday to Friday (may have around 3 Sat per year)) About the Benefits Salary: 40,000–55,000THB About the company Product & Service: Since 1920 we have been revolutionizing human locomotion.
