<Job Description> - Lead annual performance appraisals and competency assessments for management approval. - Manage annual organizational restructuring, promotions, and staff rotations. - Lead HR projects from planning to implementation, monitoring system adoption and driving continuous improvement. - Manage internal and external employer branding via the company website and digital channels. - Track project milestones and provide comprehensive HR data reports to management. - Support and execute annual company-wide activities and employee engagement initiatives. - Coach and mentor team members to enhance performance and resolve operational issues. - Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant fields. - Minimum 6 years of experience in HR Planning, HROD, HRIS, or HRBP roles. - English conversational high level (TOEIC at minimum 550) (Communication with other branches in ASEAN, E-mail, and documents) - High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, or other tools). <Indetails> - Basic skills in media software for PR and communication purposes. - Basic knowledge on Labor Law. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills. <Preferable Skill / Experience > - If having regional or manufacturing or software house experience would be an advantage
