Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Partner with hiring managers to identify specific hiring needs and create job descriptions for open positions. - Conduct the full cycle of recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, and offering candidates - Review resumes and conduct phone screens to assess knowledge, experience, ability, motivation, and overall interest in the opportunity - Recommend qualified candidates to appropriate manager for further review - Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools - Conduct new-employee orientations and the subsequent check-in - Facilitate the offer negotiation and acceptance process - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 5 years of experience in a similar recruitment or HR officer role, at least 3 years of direct experience in recruitment and hiring processes. - Strong understanding of human resources principles, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding - Conversation High level in English, use for internal and interview the candidate - Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software - Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations in Thailand <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Familiar with factory environment will be advantage. <Personality> - Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve hiring goals - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with candidates and internal stakeholders. <Other> - For transportation to the office, the company supports the gasoline allowance and Toll Fee
