Work outline: Responsible for human resource function.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø HR Tasks: Arranging Work Regulations
Ø Planning Salary Package
Ø Dealing with HR Audit
Ø Legal Contract and Agreement
Ø Attendance
Ø Payroll Calculation
Ø Company Welfare (Health Insurance, Company activities)
Ø Recruiting (Job fair recruitment, arranging the interview, etc.)
Ø Other task as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality , Male only age 29 - 32 years old
Ø Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other related fields
Ø More than 5 years of experience in HR field, with well knowledge in labor law and other related law for company
Ø Good command of Microsoft Office
Ø Good command of English skill in order to communicate with Japanese Manager and coworkers, handle English documents, etc.
Ø Excellent interpersonal skill
Ø Willing to work hard and flexible / Able to stay late at night (7pm-8pm, 2-3 days per week)
Preferable:
Ø Knowledge of Pivot, Vlookup will be an advantage
Ø Highly motivated on improvement individual
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Phetchaburi Rd. / Bangkok
Working Hour: Mon-Fri 08:15 – 17:15 (Work twice Saturday a quarter)
About the Benefit
Salary: 65,000 – 70,000 THB including all allowances
