Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Prepare and review journal entries and support daily and monthly general ledger activities across multi-country operations
- Perform daily monitoring of cash balances, bank reconciliation, and cash deposit reporting to ensure accuracy and transparency in over 20 countries
- Prepare liquidity reports and cash flow forecasts using Treasury Management Systems (TMS), supporting financial stability and short-term funding needs
- Manage payment processing for vendors, embassies, and third-party service providers in accordance with internal control policies and timelines
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable functions and ensure proper reconciliation and aging analysis
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities in coordination with global finance teams
- Ensure compliance with international and local tax regulations, including VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax filings
- Assist with internal and external audit preparations by providing financial documents and analysis as needed
- Provide financial analytics to support business decision-making, new service launches, and cross-functional planning with the Operations team
- Collaborate with internal departments, payment gateways, and external partners to optimize financial workflows and ensure timely issue resolution
- Continuously improve internal processes and strengthen financial controls to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and risk management
- Any tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or treasury functions.
- Strong understanding of cash flow management, journal entries, and bank reconciliation
- Experience with payment processing and basic tax compliance (e.g. VAT, withholding tax)
- Conversational middle or high in English to communicate with internal and make documents.
- Proficiency in MS Office

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or ERP systems is an advantage
- A multinational or service-based organization is preferable
