Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Equipment Maintenance: Routine inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment within the factory. - Production Management: Managing manufacturing processes, tracking progress, and proposing improvements/efficiency optimizations for the shop floor. - Field Management: Directing team members and overseeing day-to-day operations.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 4 years of experience in service engineer or production engineer (mechanical or electrical experience) from manufacturing company - At least 2 year of Strong leadership skills to manage field staff, or prior experience at a supervisor/chief level or higher. - Conversation Middle in English , communication with Japanese Manager in daily document and report <In details> - Able to work under pressure - Good communication skills, willing to talk with Top Management
