Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ・Review and coordinate construction drawings for civil and MEP systems ・Support the design and planning of electrical, HVAC, and instrumentation infrastructure ・Supervise site activities related to MEP installations ・Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and project specifications ・Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clients and subcontractors ・Prepare progress reports, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation ・Participate in site meetings, inspections, and handover processes ・Assist in construction scheduling and quality control processes ・Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Bachelor’s degree in Facility Engineering or related field ・At least 5 years of experience in Facility engineering, preferably with MEP coordination ・Knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems in building construction ・Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools ・Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail ・Basic English can be apply <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience in factory or large-scale facility projects ・Knowledge of electrical power, HVAC, and instrumentation systems ・Experience supporting IoT or smart building systems ・Ability to communicate in Japanese or English
