Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationship with exiting clients, projects, and a sustainable sales pipeline. - Drive sales growth and profitability for assigned customers, product lines, and applications. - Manage and follow up on customer inquiries while building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. - Provide pre-sales technical consultation and coordinate after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. - Analyze costs, pricing, and sales performance to improve competitiveness and profitability. - Coordinate and manage sales projects internally (production, logistics, support teams) and externally (customers, partners). - Prepare regular sales, market situation, and competitive analysis reports. - Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. - Perform other duties as assigned as part of the sales team.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - At least 4 years of sales experience in the plastic/Film/packaging industry - Experience working in a manufacturing environment - Conversational Middle level of English (For business communication, both internal and external) - Valid driving license, Company car provided. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Direct experience in shrink sleeve packaging sales is highly preferred. - Experience in flexible packaging, film materials, or related packaging products is an advantage. - Export sales experience is an advantage
