Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Support all compliance-related activities under the direction of the direct supervisor. - Understand and ensure adherence to relevant codes, policies, and regulations (e.g., company internal codes, industry codes, and Thai laws). - Plan and conduct compliance training sessions (e.g., onboarding and periodic training) to enhance employees’ awareness and understanding. - Monitor company activities (e.g., promotional and medical activities) to ensure ethical standards are maintained. - Develop, review, revise, and track company policies, SOPs, and compliance-related documents. - Support compliance monitoring programs (e.g., business meals, group presentations). - Manage and follow up on whistleblowing cases. - Assist in investigations related to compliance violations, coordinating with internal teams and external parties (e.g., Legal, HR, law firms). - Support the Corporate Ethics Committee to ensure smooth meeting operations. - Review, manage, and approve internal documentation such as Procurement Application Forms (PAF) and New Vendor Forms (NVF). - Provide consultation to employees on compliance-related matters. - Handle compliance tasks requested by HQ (e.g., reporting, audit self-assessment, improvement tracking). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen compliance practices across the organization. - Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 4 years of experience in Compliance and/or Audit in any industry. - Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in Thailand (e.g., anti-bribery, ABAC). - Conversational high in English (writing and reading, communication skills, documents) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - TOEIC score 500 - Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of industry compliance standards (e.g., PReMA).
