Senior Engineer (Chemical Engineer) (35K – 45K) (SDG-108199) วิศวกรอาวุโส (วิศวกรเคมี) Duties & Responsibilities: • Control the production plan according to the customer's delivery plan. • Control the production process Conditions used in production to meet standards. • Carry out solutions to various problems. including production quality, cost, resource use, environment, etc. • Control chemical costs, labor costs, and other expenses. along with finding ways to reduce costs. • Certify the conditions used in production. Record production conditions and various experimental results. both internally and externally (Outsource) that are under responsibility. • Promote, support and participate in the quality system. (ISO/TS16949), environmental systems (ISO14001) and in all activities organized by the company such as 5S., QCC, CCCF, KYT, mindfulness project, safety, etc. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ: • ดูแลควบคุมแผนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามแผนการส่งมอบของลูกค้า • ดูแลควบคุมกระบวนการผลิต สภาพที่ใช้ในการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน • ดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ รวมถึงคุณภาพการผลิต ต้นทุน การใช้ทรัพยากร สิ่งแวดล้อม ฯลฯ • ควบคุมต้นทุนสารเคมี ค่าแรง และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ พร้อมทั้งหาวิธีลดต้นทุน • รับรองสภาพที่ใช้ในการผลิต บันทึกสภาพการผลิตและผลการทดลองต่างๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอก (Outsource) ที่อยู่ภายใต้ความรับผิดชอบ • ส่งเสริม สนับสนุน และมีส่วนร่วมในระบบคุณภาพ (ISO/TS16949) ระบบสิ่งแวดล้อม (ISO14001) และในกิจกรรมทั้งหมดที่จัดขึ้นโดยบริษัท เช่น 5S., QCC, CCCF, KYT, โครงการ, ความปลอดภัย ฯลฯ
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 27-40 years • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Packaging, Material, Polymer Engineering or related field. • At least 5 years’ experience as Process, Production control engineer in any manufacturing company. • Experience about process plating, coating. • Advance conversation in low-middle level of English. • Able to work under pressure. • Working in a Japanese company is preferable.
