Senior Engineer Assistant Manager (Japanese Speaking)

ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ วิศวกรฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุง (สื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่น)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• To manage the maintenance work of Vacuum furnace Team with JP Management team.
• To discuss and negotiate customer requirements and our proposals with Thai and overseas customers. (Mainly is Japanese)
• To create various documents and reports for internal and external.
• To support maintenance and repair of Vacuum furnace and general purpose machinery.
• To support the maintenance and construction of Service Group.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 32-37 years
• Male only
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or any filed.
• Have working experience at least 8 years about Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer from any manufacturing or construction industry
• Have management experience at least 3 years as Service Engineer Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor or higher from any manufacturing or construction industry
• Conversational high level of Japanese (Not require JLPT but if you have JLPT, you will get language allowance)
• Conversational low level of English
• Have working experience about welding
• Able to use general machine tools such as welder, grinder, impact driver etc.
• Able to use MS Office
• Have driving license (Company policy)
• Have any certificate about machinery, electricity and construction is preferable
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : Conversational
Workplace Area: Muang, Chon Buri District, Chon Buri
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(<Saturday Working: None>)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• บริหารจัดการงานซ่อมบำรุงของทีมเตาสุญญากาศกับทีมญี่ปุ่น
• เพื่อหารือและเจรจาต่อรองความต้องการของลูกค้าและข้อเสนอของเรากับลูกค้าชาวไทยและต่างประเทศ (ส่วนใหญ่เป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่น)
• จัดทำเอกสารและรายงานต่างๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอก
• เพื่อสนับสนุนการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมเตาสุญญากาศและเครื่องจักรเอนกประสงค์
• เพื่อสนับสนุนการซ่อมบำรุงและก่อสร้างกลุ่มบริการ
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 32-37 ปี
• ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาใดก็ได้
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 8 ปี เกี่ยวกับวิศวกรบริการ วิศวกรซ่อมบำรุง จากอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตหรือการก่อสร้างใดๆ
• มีประสบการณ์การจัดการอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่ง Service Engineer Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor หรือสูงกว่าจากอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตหรือการก่อสร้างใดๆ
• สนทนาภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสูงได้ (ไม่ต้องใช้ JLPT แต่ถ้าคุณมี JLPT คุณจะได้รับค่าเผื่อภาษา)
• สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับต่ำ
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานเชื่อม
• สามารถใช้เครื่องมือกลทั่วไปได้ เช่น เครื่องเชื่อม เครื่องเจียร เครื่องกระแทก เป็นต้น
• สามารถใช้ MS Office ได้
• มีใบขับขี่ (นโยบายบริษัท)
• มีใบรับรองเกี่ยวกับเครื่องจักร ไฟฟ้า และการก่อสร้าง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
