Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Lead the design, development, and testing of electronic hardware for automotive and high-reliability applications (e.g., ECU, control modules, sensors). - Design and debug multi-layer PCB, embedded control systems, and power management circuits. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, mechanical, and production engineering to ensure seamless integration. - Perform advanced debugging, root cause analysis, and support EMC/EMI compliance testing. - Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, schematics, test reports, and BOMs. - Ensure designs meet automotive and industry standards such as ISO 26262, RoHS, and EMC regulations. - Support product development lifecycle from concept to mass production. - Lead small project teams or mentor junior engineers in hardware design best practices.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering. - At least 5 years of experience in hardware design in automotive or high-reliability industries. - Proven expertise with Altium Designer or equivalent tools. - Solid experience in designing and debugging multi-layer PCB and embedded control systems. - Familiarity with product development lifecycle and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 26262, RoHS, EMC). <Skills> - Advanced analog/digital hardware design, signal conditioning, filtering, power supply design. - Experience in firmware-hardware integration and testing. - Strong debugging skills using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc. - Good understanding of DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFT (Design for Test). - Ability to perform or support EMC compliance testing. - Experience creating technical documentation (design specs, test reports, BOMs). - Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams. <Details> - Strong problem-solving skills and a systematic approach to troubleshooting - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Can start working immediately
