Senior Customer Service (Chinese Speaking) (30K–35K) (SDG-104449) เจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโสฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า (ภาษาจีน) <Job responsibilities> - Create job files and Issue reconciliation sheets after shipment completion. - Co-ordinate with sales/customer/and overseas agent & Key account for obtaining shipment instructions and follow the SOP requirements. - Co-ordinate with customer/carrier/supplier and related department for export process. - Follow up orders and keep customers informed of the cargo movement. - Handle all relevant export documents. - Take personal responsibility for solving problems, to follow up requests and / or problems that customers experience. - Check quality and accuracy of works to meet company standards and objectives. - Recheck debit/credit from oversea & complete Billing to customer, oversea agent & all vendors. - Other tasks as assigned by Manager <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - สร้างไฟล์งานและออกเอกสารกระทบยอดหลังจากการจัดส่งเสร็จสิ้น - ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขาย/ลูกค้า/และตัวแทนในต่างประเทศ & บัญชีหลักเพื่อรับคำแนะนำในการจัดส่งและปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนด SOP - ประสานงานกับลูกค้า/ผู้ขนส่ง/ซัพพลายเออร์ และแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องสำหรับกระบวนการส่งออก - ติดตามคำสั่งซื้อและแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบถึงความเคลื่อนไหวของสินค้า - จัดการเอกสารส่งออกที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด - รับผิดชอบส่วนบุคคลในการแก้ไขปัญหา ติดตามคำขอ และ/หรือปัญหาที่ลูกค้าประสบ - ตรวจสอบคุณภาพและความถูกต้องของงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและวัตถุประสงค์ของบริษัท - ตรวจสอบเดบิต/เครดิตจากต่างประเทศอีกครั้ง และจัดทำการเรียกเก็บเงินให้กับลูกค้า ตัวแทนในต่างประเทศ และผู้ขายทั้งหมด - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้จัดการมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 26 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Freight Forwarding or related field. - 2-4 years experience in Logistics, Shipping/ Airline/ Freight Forwarder business. - Proficient in MS-office (excel, word, and Power Point) - Good command in English (communication with Chinese report line, clients and documents) - Good command in Chinese language (communication with report line and client) <Preferable skill/Experience> - Preferably with working Experience and knowledge in Global logistics. - Computer knowledge with software and hardware is a plus - Pleasant personality, Service-orient minded and Self-motivated.
