Senior Customer Service (25K-32K) (SDG-25694)
<Job Responsibilities>
	Create & execute customer complain strategy to reduce customer complain case
	Initiate the new idea/ project to make Customer service and call center operation smoothly
	Follow up and Co-ordinate Complaint case and Issue case from Marketing Online Channel
	Other assigned task by Superior

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-32 years old
	Bachelor's Degree
	At least 3-5 years’ experience as Customer Service or related fields
	Strong experience in handling Customer complain /Customer service
	Be able to create & execute customer complain strategy
	Good command in Excel
	Good service-minded 
	Be able to communicate in English in Conversational level
