Senior Corporate Lawyer (40K–60K) (SDG-113767) ทนายความอาวุโสด้านองค์กร 1 คน <Job responsibilities> - Draft/Review/amend any legal documents such as contracts/legal report - Conduct legal research - Conduct translation of legal documents - Conduct and Support negotiation (including labor disputes) and litigation - Conduct and Support registration works - Conduct due diligence work - Communicate and coordinate with authorities - Support the management TEAM as a legal specialist - Legal tasks as assigned <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ร่าง/ตรวจสอบ/แก้ไขเอกสารทางกฎหมายต่างๆ เช่น สัญญา/รายงานทางกฎหมาย - ดำเนินการวิจัยทางกฎหมาย - รับแปลเอกสารกฎหมาย - ดำเนินการและสนับสนุนการเจรจา (รวมถึงข้อพิพาทแรงงาน) และการดำเนินคดี - ดำเนินการและสนับสนุนงานทะเบียน - ดำเนินการงานตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง - ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ - สนับสนุนทีมผู้บริหารในฐานะผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านกฎหมาย - งานด้านกฎหมายตามที่มอบหมาย
Job Requirement
