Senior Call Center (25K-30K) (SDG-22823)
<Job Responsibilities>
	Day to day monitoring and manage the call center operation together with company outsourcing agency.
	Manage the Call Center transaction with properly arrangement
	Prepare the Call Center data analysis by daily, weekly and monthly
	Manage and making a plan to reduce customer complain case
	Initiate the new idea/ project to make call center operation smoothly


Workplace Area: Onnut, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	Thai nationality, Female, age 30-35 years old
	Bachelor’s Degree
	At least 3 years’ experience in Supervisor level for call center operation (Electronic Product is preferred)
	Understand full loop of call center operation
	Be able to communicate in English
