Senior Associate Engineer (35K-50K) (SDG-35988) <Job Responsibilities> This position is expected to supervise building design and construction by utilizing knowledge as an advanced civil engineer Check design and construction progress with our local partner (real estate developer) Check design drawings as part of quality control. EX: no risk of water leakage, enough sound insulation and so on. Supervise construction site and check the building quality Propose better designs in order to improve building quality. Assess and analyze construction costs submitted by contractor Interpret (Thai <-> Eng.) conversations during meetings and take minutes of meetings Translate documents (Thai <-> Eng.) Other duties assigned It is non-routine tasks and the candidate is expected to be flexible and self-driven for the smooth operation of the project
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 28-40 years old Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering Engineer Profession Classification - Higher than "Associate" of Civil engineering More than 5 years of working experience as civil engineer or site engineer Good command of English, strong communication skills PC skills - Outlook/MS Word/MS Excel/MS Power Point/AutoCAD (much better to be able to use Illustrator/Photoshop) Personality: Strong sense of responsibility, Supportive and flexible, Open to learn the new knowledge and skills, Interested in various tasks <Preferable Skill / Experience> None Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area BTS Phrom Phong, Bangkok Working Hour: 9:00-17:40 (Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 35,000–50,000THB About the company Products: the Residential Development Business, Leasing Business, Investment Management Business, Property Brokerage & CRE Business, Property & Facility Management Business, and Other Business.
