Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Provide legal advice and practical legal support on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters to Group affiliates - Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain commercial contracts and other legal documents - Handle routine corporate secretarial matters, including corporate filings, registrations, and related documentation - Coordinate with government authorities, external counsel, business partners, and internal stakeholders on legal and regulatory matters - Conduct legal training and provide legal guidance to coordinators and employees of affiliated companies - Perform legal research, contract administration, document control, and other legal support functions - Support legal projects and undertake other duties as assigned by the General Counsel
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law with a valid Lawyer License. - At least 6 years of relevant experience as in-house legal counsel and/or with a reputable law firm. - English: conversational, high level (to communicate with Japanese headquarters, email, and documents) - Strong experience in commercial contracts, corporate law, and business-related legal matters, with good knowledge of relevant Thai laws. - Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, labor, PDPA, BOI, Foreign Business, factory and other business-related laws <Indetails> - Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities independently - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with stakeholders at all levels - Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal document management systems - Comfortable using digital tools and technologies for work efficiency, legal research, document review and contract management - Eager to learn, adapt and grow with the organization for long-term career development <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial businesses preferred - Knowledge of commercial law, factory-related laws, industrial regulations, BOI, Foreign Business Act, and other regulatory matters will be an advantage - TOEIC score of 750 or above preferred
