Work Outline: To assist team to oversee the legal aspects of business of affiliate companies by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows law guidelines and provide administrative support
Duties & Responsibilities:
Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance
Prepare case briefs and summarize depositions, interrogatories and testimony
Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust
Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces
Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male/female, age 26-29 years old
Bachelor's degree in law [Thai Barrister or Master in Law (big advantage)]
3-5 years on legal field, useful to our operation such as commercial contract, corporate matter, tax or compliance
Must have lawyer license
Good communication and compromise skill
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level (Intermediate and above)
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Thailand Cultural Center
Working Hour: Monday – Friday (8:00AM – 17:00PM)/ 5 Saturday working in a year
About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000 – 48,000 THB
