Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. BOI-Related Operations (Core Responsibility) - Handle BOI applications and renewals - Prepare and submit BOI reports - Coordinate with relevant authorities - Manage and maintain documentation in compliance with BOI regulations *Note: This is not a standalone BOI specialist role, but BOI responsibilities will be handled as part of broader administrative duties. 2. Import / Export Coordination - Prepare shipping documents (e.g., Shipping Lists) - Submit required documentation to relevant government authorities - Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics companies - Monitor daily import/export transactions (approximately 2–3 cases per day) *Most operational procedures are outsourced to logistics providers; this role focuses on internal coordination and document control. 3. General Administration - Manage contracts and important company documentation - Support general administrative and office operations - Coordinate with internal departments as needed - Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in any related field - 3–5 years of work experience in BOI-related operations - Experience in general administration or back-office functions - Basic understanding of import/export procedures - Strong organizational and coordination skills - Basic level of English for document tasks <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working experience in a Japanese company
