Work outline: Responsible for Admin & HR function focusing on HRD
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible to all function of HR & Admin department
Ø In charge of planning Human Resource Development plan
Ø In charge of controlling company rules and regulation
Ø Managing the administration function such as office management, company car & driver control, document filing, other general affairs, including salary calculation (plan in future around 100 people)
Ø Support HR function such as manage employee’s information, recruitment, payroll (PND1, PND91, Social Security Fund, Provident Fund), Visa and work permits for Japanese staffs, other HR tasks
Ø Other task assigned by Manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female, age 35-40 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree in any field
Ø At least 5-7 years’ of experience in HR & Admin field
Ø Familiar with Microsoft Office
Ø Good command of English
Ø Good interpersonal and communication skill
Ø Good negotiation skill, problem solving and decision making skills
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS National stadium
Working Hour: Mon-Fri 9.00-17.30
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 THB negotiable
