Senior Accounting Manager (80K–100K) (SDG-94902) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีอาวุโส <Job Responsibilities > - Lead, manage and monitor accounting functions - Monitor and manage the monthly / quarterly / yearly financial accounting closures. - Develop, generate and manage timely accounting report to the concerned parties (to the Management / HQ) - Guidance and support for management in financial decisions and long-range planning - Ensure timely completion of each assignment - Ensure compliance of all accounting processes to that of the organization’s goals - Integrate best practices and system into the accounting process - Apply DX to the existing accounting procedures to implement more efficient operation - Working and communicate effectively with HQ Accounting Department / Revenue Department / External Auditors <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance - At least 10 years of working experience in Accounting department - Team management experience - Experience in DX(Digital Transformation) for Accounting & Finance department (Plan & Progress, Issue & Risk, Scope Management, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management) - Business level English (Internal and external communication) - Holding CPD or CPA license is a must <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working experience of Japanese based company - Construction Company - Large size company Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsri Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (No Sat) *Hybrid *Working in holiday (8 hrs) can be used as 1 day of substitution leave) About the Benefits 80,000–100,000THB About the company Product & Service: Construction Service Business Type: Construction / Home Building

ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีอาวุโส (80K–100K) (SDG-94902) <ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน> - เป็นผู้นำ จัดการ และตรวจสอบการทำงานด้านบัญชี - ติดตามและจัดการการปิดบัญชีการเงินประจำเดือน / ไตรมาส / รายปี - พัฒนา จัดทำ และจัดการรายงานทางบัญชีทันเวลาต่อผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ถึงฝ่ายบริหาร / สำนักงานใหญ่) - คำแนะนำและการสนับสนุนสำหรับการจัดการในการตัดสินใจทางการเงินและการวางแผนระยะยาว - ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่างานแต่ละชิ้นเสร็จทันเวลา - ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติตามกระบวนการทางบัญชีทั้งหมดตามเป้าหมายขององค์กร - รวมแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุดและระบบเข้ากับกระบวนการทางบัญชี - ใช้ DX กับขั้นตอนการบัญชีที่มีอยู่เพื่อดำเนินการให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น - ทำงานและสื่อสารกับสำนักงานใหญ่ฝ่ายบัญชี / สรรพากร / ผู้สอบบัญชีอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 40 - 45 ปี - ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชีและการเงิน - มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 10 ปีในแผนกบัญชี - ประสบการณ์การบริหารทีม - มีประสบการณ์ด้าน DX(Digital Transformation) สำหรับแผนกบัญชีและการเงิน (แผนและความคืบหน้า, ปัญหาและความเสี่ยง, การจัดการขอบเขต, การจัดการผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย, การจัดการผู้ขาย) - ภาษาอังกฤษระดับธุรกิจ (สื่อสารภายในและภายนอก) - ต้องมีใบอนุญาต CPD หรือ CPA <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - ประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น - บริษัทรับเหมาก่อสร้าง - บริษัทขนาดใหญ่ ทักษะทางภาษา ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : สนทนา ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน BTS ช่องนนทรี เวลาทำงาน: 8:00-17:00 น.
