เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชีอาวุโส <Job Responsibilities> - Gross margin and variance analysis - Process month and year-end, AR/AP, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, cheque run, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc. - Check VAT receipt, Report, PP30&36,withholding tax report (PND.3 ,PND.53 and PND.54) - Assist with the month-end close consolidation tasks including journal entry processing and other consolidation tasks. - Monitor Assets Code, Calculation of depreciation & amortization for the month ended - Preparation of financial report and monthly financial statements - Prepare bank reconciliation at the end of the month, review & verify payment voucher - Support with reporting accounting and finance regional office and preparation of financial report and monthly financial statements - Support annual internal and external audits as necessary, including the preparation of audit schedules, financial statements and footnotes <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female 32-38 years old - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting field - 3-5 years of experience in accounting and financial - English: Conversational middle or above (To coordinate with JP MD and Singapore branch) - Knowledge of Thai tax rules & Thai Accounting GAAP <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX - Experience as Supervisor/Assistant level - Experience working in manufacturing company Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Prasamutjaydee, Samutprakarn Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 40,000–50,000THB About the company Products: Plasticizer for the PVC industry/Urea, Melamine & Phenol Resin used in the wood board industry such as in Plywood, Particleboard, High Density Fibreboard (HDF),Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF), and others.
