Work outline: Responsible for overall accounting process
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Perform monthly and yearly closing account and prepare financial statements within timeline of company’s accounting calendar
Ø Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly consolidation package reports
Ø Prepare and maintain all journal vouchers relating to closing account and confirm monthly inter-company transactions
Ø Handle tax filing i.e. PND 3 , PND 53 , PND 54 , PP 36 , PP.30 , PND50 and PND51
Ø Prepare fixed assets register, depreciation report, control tag number and physical count of fixed assets
Ø Perform daily processing of account receivable transactions, including issuing invoices & credit notes or following up collections
Ø Prepare product costing, analyze the variances, inventory valuation report and lead mid-year & year -end physical count
Ø Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations and supporting documents
Ø Work on financial transaction and report required by the BOI
Ø Perform multiple other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 29-40years
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Ø At least 5-7 year-working experience in accounting and finance field
Ø Tax knowledge to do all tax compliances
Ø Knowledge of general accounting procedures
Ø Ability to work and excel in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Ø Good command of English (both writing and oral) and computer literacy
Ø Able to work under pressure and within limited timeframe
Preferable:
Ø Knowledge of SAP would be advantage
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Phrompong
Working Hour: Mon-Fri (8:00-17:00 or 9:00-18:00 *Flextime)
About the Benefit
Salary: 60,000 – 80,000 THB negotiable
