Work outline: Responsible for overall function of accounting
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
Ø Process month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc.
Ø Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
Ø Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Ø Coordinate and complete annual audits
Ø Other assigned task by superior
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female only , 28-32 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree
Ø Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in accounting management
Ø Having Knowledge of accounting principles. Practices, standards, Laws and regulations
Ø Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
Ø Ability to direct and supervise subordinate along with manage team work
Ø High attention to detail and accuracy
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Surasak/ Bangkok
Working Hour: 08:30 – 17:30 (Mon to Fri)
