Work Outline: Responsible for general overall accounting functions
Duties & Responsibilities:
Take care of petty cash, payment, reimbursement and cash count
Check supporting documents for payment and taxation
Check correctness of project cost and relating expenses
Take care of invoices issuing and receipt transactions
Control appropriate collection from customer, review long-outstanding balances and follow up
Prepare fixed assets register, depreciation report, control tag number and physical count fixed assets
Take care of cash flow management, prepare cash flow plan and report, fund management, and control cash flow by project including accounts receivable/payable balance by project
Prepare and control bank guarantee, letter of credit documents including communicate with bank
Prepare and control forward contracts for hedging foreign exchange rate risk
Other accounting and finance function as assign
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, female only, age 28-33 years old
Bachelor degree in accounting
8 years’ experience in accounting and finance function, require experience in SAP (FI module-AP)
